We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible where we can. That said, appointments are reserved especially for you, and late cancellations often mean we’re unable to offer the slot to someone else.

Cancellation charges

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

• Within 48 hours of your appointment: You will be charged 50% of the visit cost.

• Within 24 hours of your appointment (or same-day cancellations): You will be charged in full (100% of the visit cost).

For this reason, we kindly ask for more than 48 hours’ notice when cancelling appointments in order to avoid any charges.
